one kid is EASY. Two, well, no biggie, just less for the oldest and they don't outnumber you so you will be fine.

It's not the second, it's the third. With a third kid you just don't have enough arms.
Seriously, our first one was tough and we feared the second would be just the same. They are 22 mos apart. Fortunately #2 has a completely different personality. Sure there are some tough days for Mom, but she wouldn't trade it for anything. With 4 kids now, there have been days she has longed for just 2.

The 7 year old is great, but honestly, I feel bad for him. We lean on him so much to get us things, do stuff, etc.
I feel guilty at times because it's almost like he's been forced to become a parent.
Until I realize I was the oldest and was doing the same things when my mom and dad had #3 and #4.

Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!
For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

As others have pointed out, having 2 is easier than 3 because by then, you're outnumbered.
And in our case - and I'm going to guess that it's the case generally - #3 is the kid that makes you crazy which is why he or she is #3. If our third was our first, we would have stopped at one."Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." - Winston Churchill

I didn't realize they let you perform that kind of surgery on them at that age. I would be repulsed, but I'm trying to be more open minded, so . . . good for you. lol. Our first was the tough one - but we didn't know he was going to be tough until #2 was already here. 15 years later, we had #3. #3's be tremendously fun - a #4 might be a possibility...Originally posted by il Padrino Ute View PostAs others have pointed out, having 2 is easier than 3 because by then, you're outnumbered.
