She has made it clear - in certain terms - that an 0 or 3 streak would not be good for my health.

I dug down deep and ordered her some perfume she used to wear when we were dating that had since been taken off the market, but was just recently re-introduced. I ordered it last week and it arrived on the doorstep today. She opened it already and loves it. I didn't tell her that it was for Christmas.

I have no other ideas about what to get her. Need some brainstorming help. Consideration of frugality isn't altogether necessary, but I'm not looking to break the bank either.

        cheers.
Tiffany.com. Never fails. They have quite a bit of stuff under $500.

Buy her something that doesn't suck: an xbox 360 with a 12-month membership to xbox live.

But walk slowly on the way back. You don't want to screw up the optical drive!

I've talked my wife into a PS3. I made valid points that she would be able to watch Blue Ray, stream Netflix and store some of the kid's movie on the system. That might have been my best sales job ever.

In all seriousness, we actually usually buy a bigger gift (more expensive) for the family and then get each other some clothes or smaller ticket items on the side for the wife and I. I like this method, because usually more expensive = electronics. At some point this may not work, but my son is only about 3-4 years away from liking the cool electronics so I'm hoping to be able to pawn off the fun toys as his gifts.

I would bake her a few loaves of sour dough bread. I think she'll love it.

Thank for posting this. I now have something to print out and give my wife to prove I'm not the least thoughtful husband in the world.

I have gone the jewelry route for the last several Christmas, but the bigger and better is an expensive path to head down. I'm going to switch up and buy her a Kindle this year.

That is so boring. How is she going to express her sassy self when she's reading on the couch wearing that big red tent?

                              This will do the trick.
