Finding a good belt

These belts seem pretty tame to me. Not sure if I am a big fan of the brushed nickel belt buckle on Belt #1, but other than that, I have a feeling these belts will be around for a long time.

Belt #2: i like multiple holes (not THAT way, sickos!) but I don't like the two belt loops. one is plenty.

Belt #3: don't like the dark colored buckle.

They've all got a gimmick, and you hit them all.

#1 - brushed nickel. This will look outdated soon.

#2 - two-pronged buckle. What's the point?

#3 - dark buckle.

If you're looking for a belt that will last 15 years (and stay relatively in style) pick a medium-width belt with a standard square/rectangle brushed silver buckle. Fits suits, works with jeans. Get one in black and two in brown (darker and lighter shades, but neither should be too light or too dark).

Braided leather is the best I have found.
