Wish I would have known this. I just got rid of a 2006 white Denali 3 weeks ago. It was in immaculate shape. The salesman couldn't believe we had 4 kids in there. He doesn't know my kinda obsessive-no food allowed in the car wife. However, he actually gave us the upper end of blue-book for it.

So I didn't end up with a truck, but I do have significantly more ground clearance than I had with the M5.

I still have the M5 for now.

                Here's a hint...

Looks like a touareg to me, but the red calipers make me hesitate. Older cayenne?

                    Tiguan?

Take that back, just as the first glance, it looks like the Touareg. But what's with the old logo? Was it a Euro pick up?

I have nothing else to say at this time.

That's not the Porsche logo. Is that an older VW logo? I distinctly remember that logo when I was a kid, back when people were driving their Honda CVCC and Subaru Brat around town.

I thoughtit was an aftermarket decal, but that might be wrong. Looks very VW to me.

I'm pretty sure it is a legit logo, but like ParrotHead mentioned, it is an old school version.

Bummer that KC bought a new ride and nobody knows what the heck it is. Maybe it is a kit car

It is VW. It's the Wolfsburg Crest. KC's new ride has been pimped with the logos and calipers!

They used to put that symbol on some steering wheels on VW Beetles (the originals). My Dad had a 66 VW Beetle he bought new and kept all the way until around 1986 when he sold it when my oldest brother went off to college after my bro drove it a couple years in high school. He then turned around and bought a 72 Beetle that both my brother and I drove in high school. The 72 didn't have the wolfsburg symbol. My oldest brother actually drove it in college after he got back from the mish, and I took it over in the summer of 93 a month or two after I got my license in June (I got my license the same day Jurassic Park was released in the theaters, I remember this distinctly).

I drove the thing back the next summer to Utah where I had a job. On the way home the cable came off my gas pedal on the stretch run out of Baker. The cable on the end had a hook that attached to the gas pedal. I held the gas pedal and cable together with one of my hands until I could stop and get some duct tape. The duct tape and several iterations of it became a lasting fix for my senior year in high school and freshman year in college.
Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”
