I changed the character set to UTF-8. That seems to have fixed the problem with displaying apostrophes, etc.

        Recaptcha bug should be fixed.

Updating the search index. That might take a few hours and make the site sluggish in the meantime.

Um....unconstructive help here...but this things loads slow as shit now. I mean slow slow.

And how do I make it take me to the last page in the 681 page thread instead of clicking on it and having to type in the last page?

Other than that, not a fan at the moment. But to be fair...I don't like change in general.

Instead of clicking on the thread title, go to the date of the last post. Just to the right of that date, there is a little blue box with two little triangles. Click on that and it will get you to the last post. I'd prefer a link to the top of the last page, but this is almost as good.

I bookmarked a search of all the latest posts since my last visit. This is very similar to the Activity Stream. I might play around with this a little later.

In addition to Clark's suggestion, the little blue arrow box to the left of the thread title will take you to the first unread post in the thread.

Can't figure out how to mark everything as "I've seen it".

Smilies are driving me crazy. I swear I have everything set up correctly but only part of them are showing for me. But every now and then a new one appears so maybe it is a cache kind of thing.

Is there an option to mark all threads as read?

                              Nope, there's not. Sorry.

OK, smilies seem to be working now. I pruned quite a few that we weren't using much. Let me know if I missed something you want included.
