Meh, to be honest I'm not a big sports person. However, I am a fan of Team USA in the Olympic Summer Games (not winter, only summer).
I don't think that counts though. I will say I am a Jazz fan only because of a geographic loyalty. I don't care if they win or lose or whatever.
If you just changed your Jazz fan from not caring if they win or lose or whatever, to wanting them to lose you'd be pretty similar to most of the Jazz fans here.

          Welcome aboard.

lol. So butt hurt. I was very tempted to stop cheering for them to lose as soon as I saw how much the winning bothered Husubaru.

Have we decided if we are pulling for winning or losing next year? When the group decides let me know.

Welcome.. My fav Twilight episode (came from the Twilight Zone: The Movie) is the one with John Lithgow.. He is on a plane and there is some weird creature eating the engine of the plane. He pretty much goes insane.

Scared the crap out of me and made flying that much more scary as a little kid (Kept my eyes fixed on the engine to make sure none of those pesky creatures got our engines).. I have since gotten over this fear.. But still have nightmares about flying monkey's..

That was a great episode from the movie. John Lithgow played the part really well. That movie segment came from an episode that was also named "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet." This one featured Shatner as the passenger! In this original episode the scary gremlin was a guy in a bad muppet suit. Here's a little clip of the original.

Having just read this thread - after having wondered where this new force on our board came from - I'm pleased to note that it was my Cheetos thread that captured her imagination.

When a man loves a bag of Cheetos, good things will happen.

I do have one Episcopalian joke, but I'll save it for another time.

BTW, you aren't formerly LDS are you? Bc my cousin was Mo and even went on a mission and then later became Episcopalian. You're not my cousin, are you?

Yes, that cheetos thread was awesome. I have also enjoyed your subsequent information with regard to women's "underwear."

I do love a good Episcopalian joke so feel free to share. Most of the jokes I've heard are about how we are always drunk or gay or both.

I'm not formerly LDS and I don't think we're cousins unless you live in West Virginia or southern Ohio where the rest of my hillbilly cousins live. No offense to anyone living in those areas.

                            Interesting information.

An Episcopalian family moves from the Northeast to deep, dark Alabama in 1922. One early morning around 4:00 they are awakened to a hue and cry and the front lawn. The family scramble to the window to see what is going on and see a half circle of men in white sheets w/ KKK trappings gathered.

And they have planted burning question mark in the middle of the lawn.

Thank you, than you all very much that is the joke.

Very funny, actually! The priest would get a kick out of that.

I've heard around here that some really great things have come out of Ohio so I really shouldn't be so harsh.
