  • A tooblue Persona

A fellow CUF poster and talented writer was kind enough to help me out and write a persona to describe tooblue. To quote the first paragraph:

You know how back in the sixties there was that one kindhearted but somewhat eccentric nanny who would come and go as the winds shifted? And how you never knew what she would pull out of her bag? This is not unlike tooblue, who is as nomadic as he is enigmatic.
I've decided to add to it without sharing the rest of it using the Pellegrino approved template ...

    How did you find CUF?

I was witness to the creation of and was one of the earliest registered members at CougarGuard. The Guard gave birth to this place and I have been here since CUF's bloody inception.

What do you like about CUF?

There are certain posters I have enjoyed reading about and talking/arguing with for a number of years and I just can't seem to quit them in a twisted Brokeback / Ground Hog day kind of way.

How did you choose your moniker?

I grew up in a family of Utes and played touch football in the south end zone during games. Shortly after the age of accountability my desire to stay home and watch or listen to a football team who won most of their games was greater than my desire to go see the Utes lose in person. From that point forward I have become the blue sheep of the family. I am too blue.

What do you do (other than read CUF)?

I am a voracious reader of newspapers and pseudo news magazines like Wired and Time.

    What are your sports loyalties?

BYU, Jazz, Toronto Blue Jays and I admit to watching the Utes if the BYU game is over or hasn't yet started. I watch any and all sports, even soccer and curling.

What's your standing in the church?

Devout and I have no problem using the phrase 'I know'.

Do you pee in the sink?

Unless I am in a public washroom I prefer to pee sitting down. I never want to sit in a sink.

When your kids get older, will you do drugs with them in order to teach them a responsible approach to drugs?

No, I'll take them to a museum instead.

Are you looking forward to Wuap's welcome question and what do you think it will be?

    Save it.

Why are you so creepy? How long have you been lurking?

    I don't lurk I stalk.

Okay, now that was funny. Can I nominate this for a 2010 CUFFie right now? Can we have a category for best parodies next year?

Welcome, I am pleased you used the pellegrino-approved template to introduce yourself.

sorry for the delay. I've been kinda busy and this one slipped in under the radar
Dio perdona tante cose per un’opera di misericordia
God forgives many things for an act of mercy
              Alessandro Manzoni

Knock it off. This board has enough problems without a dose of middle-age lechery.
