I forgot to mention how after we scored the final touchdown, a BYU fan was shown on the big screen motioning his thumb across his throat. I thought that was very unfortunate on multiple levels. Also, he looked like he was old enough to have been endowed in the early 80s.

I had a BYU fan yell at me. Really rude. That disappointed me. Of course I was the only Sooner in the entire section, so I was cheering at all the wrong times, but still.

OK, I'll start telling about all the bitchy OU fans I met (just to be fair). At halftime, I tried to strike up a conversation with the OU fan sitting next to me, and he refused to make eye contact, respond, or acknowledge me in any way.

But for the most part, the OU fans were kind and gracious.

I saw that too, and I agree that it was unfortunate.

I was in the middle of the blue group by the BYU-labeled endzone. At the end of the game, some knucklehead tried to start an "overrated" chant. In what may be the first public instance of our fan base showing any class at all, we shut him down immediately. Almost restored my faith in the BYU fan base as a whole.

My brother said last night that they radio was talking about how the MWC had a 5 year deal for the Cowboy Classic. Is that true? If so this could set the stage for the MWC to have some big opening game wins and continue the BCS pressure.

I wonder if SDSU gets invited next year instead of BYU, TCU or Utah?

btw, sorry I couldn't call back. I couldn't get a call out of that place for about 20 minutes after the game. Everything kept dropping. There was a lot of yelling going on and some serious jubilation.
