Nice win!
Rumor is that Grimes will be the new OC at LSU."Discipleship is not a spectator sport. Such a solid win to end a great season. The program, from Holmoe on down, really did itself proud all year long. Kneeling at the end was the right thing, and it was cool to see the mutual respect shown by the teams at the end. Kalani's the best we've had, maybe ever, in managing opposing team interactions.
Since NY6 wasn't going to happen, it's great they can end early and enjoy the holidays. Thanks, Cougs, for making mine so much better.

It really sucks that we couldn’t get a better opponent in the bowl game. No disrespect to UCF, who is good, but I think we’ll all be wondering how good this team actually was given the schedule. I’m fully convinced that we wouldn’t have gotten into the NY6 game, even with a win over CC. Beating a solid P5 team would have been a little more satisfying though. I think we’re a legit Top 10 team that would compete against anyone but Alabama and Clemson. I’m confident that this is the best team we’ve had since I’ve been a fan (2001). But there will always be some lingering questions about how good this team actually was.

I was wondering if Grimes was taking another job somewhere when I heard Kalani talking up Roderick in the postgame show.Originally posted by Moliere View PostNice win!

it’s a rumor told to me by a diehard, season ticket holding LSU fan (not Nikiman!)
