When Grimes was in the booth, I think he was play calling, with input from others. Criddle believes that the last two games, Grimes determines run or pass. If run, he calls the play. If pass, A-Rod chooses.

It also depends on what has actually been allocated and to whom. They've gone to some lengths to keep under wraps who is doing what anymore-- likely to save face. But I don't believe Roderick had zero playcalling before and I don't believe Grimes has zero playcalling now.

It would be very interesting to peer behind the curtain. Makes you wonder what the price of the T. Boone Pickens radio-headset package would be.

It wouldn't surprise me if Grimes leaves after this season. Roderick gets the OC gig, and maybe Unga (who has been a GA for several years) gets promoted to OL coach, because Mateos leaves with Grimes. This all depends on how much Grimes has taken exception to sharing playcalling with Roderick.

I only have one big issue with Tuiaki--his in-game adjustments suck. I think he's done some creative things with the defense (especially last year) that had a huge impact, but homey seems to fall in love with his game plan.

Conflicted on Kalani. I like him, but I hate whom he's surrounded himself with. But he hired all the guys he's surrounded himself with. Cant really elaborate without making what could be construed as racist remarks.
