As someone who takes great pride in coming up with dumb thread titles- this one is neither hot nor cold and should be spued out. Regardless......

With the change in venue LSU has jumped from a 10-12 point favorite, to now -16.5. Honestly at that number, I think BYU is good bet. The defense should be good enough to keep LSU under 31, and this will be the Tigers first game; so i expect some sloppiness on their part.

You can still get 14.5 in most places

I have been thinking about the "crappy thread title" complaints. There is a guy where I work that complains about everything. Any idea or proposal comes up and he has a host of complaints. The problem is, he never is willing to offer alternative solutions. Drives us nuts.

So I have a simple request for everyone who gripes about a thread title: Feel free to gripe, but when you do so, please offer what you would have used as an alternative. If you are so confident it is bad, it should be a simple matter for you to come with a better alternative. TIA.

Seems like a pretty aggressive response to junkie and sizzle, I would like them to post more not less. But when our leader calls them out directly, maybe there is trouble in paradise? Oh well, in case anyone wondered I guess we now know who drove Triplet away

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought the "this thread title sucks" business was just banter amongst internet acquaintances.

I understand that it's bad. I thought that was what infused some humor into both the title and the back and forth. I certainly didn't mean to instigate a feline fracas of our own.
