I agree with this. I'd go far as to say that that defense was very underrated.

Utah's offense was damn near unstoppable, but the defense - especially the scoring defense - was why Utah's margin of victory was as large as it was and what separated Utah from every other non-BCS team and from all but a few of the more elite BCS teams.

I used to think that too. It had some really good players, no doubt, but I gotta wonder how much of that defense's success was due to the pressure the offense put on. We scored so many points that the other team had to become one dimensional.

I think the '09 Sugah Bowl team was a better defense.
