                              Speaking of BCS bowls (plural), did you see the articles that the redesigned Rose Bowl contract leaves a spot for Utah in 2010? If either the P10 or B10 champ is invited to the NCS game, and a so-called "mid major" conference champion is BCS eligible, the Rose Bowl "must" select that team over any other team including an eligible 2nd place P10 or B10 team.

                              I guess they didn't care for the way Illinois performed in 2007, and felt a Utah/TCU/BYU/BSU would have given a better game.
