Actually, if you have ever seen or used the DesNews comment boards, you would know that message board arguments are pretty much impossible, as it is not chained, and it can take hours to "moderate" posts. Further, the Deseret News limits you to three comments per article. Chris B was usually able to get the top 2 posts in, somehow bypassing the standard moderation protocol, and making inflammatory statements that would get other posts rejected. Further, he was often able to post 4 times or more on single articles, even though that was not supposed to happen. It was not just in sports where he had special posting powers. The Deseret News heavily censored opinions opposing gay marriage unless the reason they gave to oppose it was "divine revelation." Chris B was able to say anything and everything opposing gay marriage, and was pretty much the only handle that posted non-spiritual arguments, even though such arguments abounded online.

Since posting this, "Chris B" hasn't posted much, and hasn't been the first one posting. His "powers" may return, but it is odd that a handle that has been posting first nonstop for probably 3 to 4 years is suddenly posting much less, and not posting first. Something has changed, even if it is temporary. I think my posting was merely the reflection of many readers - including many Utes - who were sick of Chris B ruining things.

Dude, this sounds like you're decrying health code violations in a strip club's kitchen.

Pretty sure this guy is Seattle Ute. Good job shutting him down.
