I've lived in both counties, and the difference is massive. Utah County is infested with little kids and college students. I lived in Provo and in Sugarhouse. I liked both. Oh- except once walking down the sidewalk in Sugarhouse in a BYU shirt I was loudly instructed to fuck myself from somebody inside a passing car. Also, BYU is in Utah County so it wins.
