Where is Funk? Can we talk about BYUs defense now? #5 offense in the country was held to -7 yards in the 4th quarter. A team who had given up 6 sacks all year, gave up 8 tonight. Averaging 350 passing per game, were held to 219.

It's funny since he is just as active here as he is on cougarboard, so he is balancing two message boards, he also seems to have a deep love for video games. My guess is he has extra time because he doesn't watch or attend games.

That game was officiated like a WCC basketball game.

Great job, Cougs. D and O lines came up big. How about the pocket protection on the long throw to Matthews late in the game. I'm not sure I've ever seen a more beautifully protected pass play. They were whipping our butts at the beginning and showing them sucking down oxygen tanks on the sideline. Made me actually wonder if altitude was a factor in the second half.

Announcers always talk about BYU's altitude, but honestly I don't know that Provo is high enough to make a difference. Teams come in and whip our ass don't complain about altitude, or the ages of our players, etc.

I have to say that I love Tejan Koroma. That we don't think much about the snap anymore sure has made the qb transition much easier.

Byu has a fine defense. It just isn't as good as the Utes. Solid win.
