It seems the favorite word "de jour" on Utefan is "douche". Like a bunch of schoolkids everyone uses it. Someone who posts it, I automatically in my mind see the little nerd kid who was trying to get accepted. He didn't realize all the "in" kids had moved on to asswipe, f..wad, or frickin bung hole.

I fear I was the person who started the "douche" craze. However, in deference to your request I will refrain. How about Fetchin Fracker.

You should be proud of starting something that everyone adopted. However, I am sure you realize that fads, even our own creations, grow old and outworn.

As soo as "griping about the honor code" becomes a fad, I am not going to bring it up anymore.

My son saw Max Hall and Dennis Pitta at the Seven Peaks Water Park today. He and his fellow Ute fan pals yelled "go Utes" as Hall and Pitta slid down a water slide. When Hall and Pitta got off the slide, they confronted my son and his friends, and asked if they were the ones who yelled "go Utes." While Pitta teased my son and messed around with him, Hall yelled out, "you guys are a bunch of fags," and walked away in a huff.

My son is 14.
