Where does Utah rank on your list?

I think I have said many times before, I pull for Utah when they don't play BYU. I think I have stated many times my reasons.

I certainly am OK with the many Utah haters on here and wouldn't think of trying to talk them out of their opinions.

I do wish though some wouldn't make the assinine statements they make in regards to Utah because they get so emotional.

Lastly, I really do dislike some Utah fans but unlike BSU my dislike for them doesn't outweigh the reasons I like Utah.

So you hate BSU because they are somewhat of a rival in the region, but you have no problem cheering for Utah? Uh....OK. That makes sense.

You love to argue don't you. I have tried to handle this as nicely as I could. It is so hard to do that with someone who is so IN LOVE with their own f'en opinions.

I know his opinion on keeping Utah in the Pac-12. It is why I no longer have sympathy for him when there is a delay in him getting the new iPhone.

I am sure you have your reasons to cheer for BYU and not hate and I have mine.

1) I am a Utahn. I love living in Utah. I am proud to say I am from Utah. I don't have a "Utahns aren't with it complex". When the U is in the limelight like this, it is good for the State.

2) I am LDS. I am proud to be LDS. I like people thinking we are pretty normal people. A number of times Saturday night they mentioned kids and LDS missions. Much to the dismay of many Utah fans, there are plenty of people througout the country who think most of the kids on Utah's team are LDS.

3) I got a graduate degree from the U. I got an excellent education there just like I did at BYU.

4) Many of my good friends are Ute fans. We talk smack, but don't seem to have the hate thing going unless we are talking about each of the schools over the top fans.

Lastly, we aren't competing with Utah anymore on the national stage. Utah is competing with the haves and we are competing with the have nots. If we get into the Big 12 and Utah is more of a rival on the national stage, my feelings will probably change.
