Memphis is pretty good. Ole Miss has done this two years in a row, got up for Bama then crashed.Originally posted by HuskyFreeNorthwest View PostSo what happened to Ole Miss? Or is Memphis legit this season? Crazy to think they just manhandled Bama, which looks like maybe the best victory of the CFB season at this point.

I've no problem saying that the PAC12 is down this year, but it is fun to watch BYU fans fret about Utah doing what BYU can't."Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." - Winston Churchill

How about those Aggies? Can't think of anyone I would rather see get pummeled than BSU. Wells is doing a heck of a job up there.
Anyone know if he is LDS? Just asking in case Bronco ever decides he is leaving.
I would love to see us both 9-2 when we meet Thanksgiving weekend. This is developing into a good rivalry.

Seriously? They are way down the list for me.Originally posted by byu71 View PostHow about those Aggies? Can't think of anyone I would rather see get pummeled than BSU. Wells is doing a heck of a job up there.

OK, sure. Just seems to me like BYU's win over BSU lost some shine after that blowout loss to the aggies. And an in-state team is stronger as a result. But hey, maybe you have your reasons.Originally posted by byu71 View PostYea, seriously. However, I am not going to argue them being way down on the list for you as these kind of things are personal choices."There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Just an opinion, but I think people lose track of who you beat and what they did after except for the fans.Originally posted by Jeff Lebowski View PostOK, sure. BSU fans put an awful taste in my mouth long ago. I think a lot of people are that way, they dislike the school because of the fans. I know my friends who hate BYU it is all about the fans and not really BYU. Most of them are active members and even have kids attending BYU.
I could be wrong here, but when it comes to the "outsiders", I think BSU is our main competition. We don't recruit the same people, but we compete for recognition as the best of the rest. That is another reason I like to see them get smacked.
