Does the rule say anything about what to call if the ball passes directly above the goalpost?
I've changed my mind and I guess it was out or maybe would have hit the outside of the goalpost if it extended higher. I agree that the official has a better angle than any camera so I guess you just trust them.

Neither camera angle will give you a perfect accurate picture. As someone who's been there the official is standing directly underneath the post sighting directly up the pole. none of these cameras has a better view than the official. It would be cool if they installed cameras with the same view as the official but until that happens you've got to take his word for it.

I've no problem if anyone sees it differently than I do.Originally posted by falafel View PostSo maybe consider some evidence outside of one single video angle before considering the case closed.

That you want to question my intelligence more of a reflection on you than me.Originally posted by Donuthole View PostThat's fine. However, I'm left with no choice but to question your vision, spacial skills, and/or intelligence.

Yes. To me, there was no doubt that the attempt was good. The view from behind looks inconclusive to me.

That hit in the Baylor-NC game was clean. Great job by the refs to pull the flag.
