It looked to me that he was pulled in. Contact was made at the 2. Sure his legs kept moving but he would not have gone into the end zone if he wasn't being tackled.

I'm sure those games from 1957, 1961, 1962, 1967, 1968, 1983, and 1987 have a lot of relevance to how Oregon and Ohio State matchup with the current coaching staff. I'm also sure that 2009 has a lot of relevance as well, even though both teams have entirely different coaching staffs.
