The Utes did what they were supposed to do in our bowl game, demonstrate dominance of a lesser team from the unofficial lower division of FBS football. I look forward to the day when the split of FBS becomes official.

You're not even trying anymore. You're practically jumping into my boat.

That would be great since you have a good team from the P5 to cheer for, then your sentimental cheering for Utah. Win-win!

I guess we are cool then going 8-5 and losing to teams like USU, Nevada, UCF, and Memphis in year. Oh and the best win was Houston. I am officially depressed if this is the best BYU can do.

lol BYU apologizing to itself. What about the rest of us? This trashy fight has been very upsetting to the nation. You could sum up BYU's problems as that it doesn't know how to apologize. Something decent folk learned in kindergarten. Also, I don't trust Holmoe's whitewash "investigation". Like there he has any respect for that sort of truth.

Why is everyone assuming this is the best BYU can do? This is near the bottom for BYU, on a year with a ton on injuries.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Adjust your expectations. Being a fan becomes a lot easier. I still expect every now and then by BYU standards a great sesaon. 10-2 or 11-1 against the type of schedule we had this year.

However, those that are in charge consider this a good season and they know a lot more than the rest of us.

I personally have received several calls from colleagues back east asking me if their children were safe to go to school today as a result of the fight. The last 20 hours have been hard to deal with emotionally.

Because this turned out to be one of the worst schedules in recent memory. No good wins and a handful of bad losses. 10 wins should have been the floor this year, regardless of the injuries.

It's not the worst nor is it the best. It is typical for BYU. If you don't think it can be worse (much worse) I strongly disagree.

Biggest tragedies of 2014 are Micheal Brown, Eric Garner, and BYU's brawl.

we had a winning season and went to a bowl game after losing a heisman candidate, the best rb since harvey, our best defensive player/captain, and with a first year defensive coordinator. knock it off.
