This thread has taken a turn for the better! Thanks, Funk!
I'm here to serve others, kind of like Max Hall in the 2008 rivalry game. To the credit of the Ute fanbase, our glory in the mistakes of Max Hall in 2008 and Jake Heaps in 2011 does actually involve the Utes winning a game including BYU losing a game.
Thank you to all in this thread for reminding me of those great victories.

Am I the only one who finds humor in the fact that funk spends large portions of time on BYU fan message boards and then whines on one such BYU message board about how sad certain commentary from Cougar nation is?
I am sure that if an Auburn player did the same thing as Clay did, Alabama would, at a minimum, spend the same amount of time laughing at, making fun of, and trying to create as many memes as possible about how awesomely histerical that play was. Thats okay though, you can go on about being butt hurt about whatever sad commentary you perceive exists while perusing CS and CB.
What you call whining, I call enjoying the failed season of the BYU Cougars. Although that enjoyment is not as great as the thrilling victories over USC and UCLA this year.

What game did Utah win when Max Hall was arrested?

I see, so BYU enjoying Clay's duncery (shout out to DDD) is a commentary on how sad the state of Cougar season, but you spending hours upon hours of time on a BYU message board is just you enjoying the failed season of the BYU Cougars and is no commentary on you in any way, right?
I just had a co-worker (Georgia fan) drop in my office to razz me about Clay's Calamity. I quickly changed the awkward topic and we started talking about Gurley's penmanship instead. Then he asked me if I would purchase a signed a picture of Clay's drop. After telling him to GTFOOFMYOFFICE, I started wondering if BYU fans would purchase such a memento. If I'm honest (and I am), I might buy a picture of the Heaps Hop if it were signed by Heaps and Nate Orchard. I'd pay up to $14, depending on quality.
So, what say ye smart-thinking folks (YOhio, Commando, Iminahonda, old_gregg, Levin, etc)? Would you pay cash money for a signed pic of Clay dropping the mic?

Don't listen to this guy, funk. Stick around.

I took special pleasure in seeing WState win and Clay drop the ball.

I'm like LeBron James, friendship is very important to me. I stick around for the friendship.

It was on the first play of the second quarter against Oregon that Clay dropped the ball a yard early in his haste to celebrate what would have been a 78-yard touchdown reception.
By halftime, it was viral.
It became the lead item on Reddit, the so-called "Front Page of the Internet." Yahoo, Deadspin, Britain’s Daily Mail — you name it.
Laughing at Clay mostly seems like a BYU phenomenon.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.
