What bowl is BYU all but assured of going to now?

Las Vegas Bowl if they win 9 or more games. Hawaii if they win 6-8 games. So there's a ton of suspense still!!

I was hoping for a basketball/football extravaganza in Hawaii December 22-25 but looks to me like the football team will probably be in Las Vegas instead.

I've never heard anything about a certain number of wins being required for the Vegas bowl. Where are you seeing this?

Seems like I had seen that in a few places but I could be wrong.

I guess maybe the Vegas Bowl can take BYU instead of its MWC team regardless of number of wins. The MWC has sucked and with our win over Boise maybe Las Vegas is where BYU is headed unless there is a huge collapse.

I'm not so sure a NY6 bowl wouldn't be interested in an 11-1 team whose only loss was on the road against a top 10 team. We are out of playoff contention, yes, but not out of the running for an at-large spot.

I'm now in the market for two tickets for the UConn game. If BYU beats Michigan, will it be foolish to wait until game night to land a pair? OK, probably not, but I much prefer certainty to saving a few bucks.

It is a certainty that you will be able to find tickets to a crappy UConn game during general conference weekend right outside the stadium before kickoff. If you don't want to save a few bucks feel free to pay as much as you want.

I'm superstitious. I didn't bet a lock last week and now I am wondering if I should bite the bullet. I don't know how i would handle losing money and a game though. Double whammy.

I am too. I actually wouldn't have bet it or bet this one because I am afraid I would jinx the team. However, I would lend my kids money to bet it.
