I agree. It is a weird concept all the way around. Why not allow an early LOI period for kids who can prove they are on schedule to graduate? Which will certainly be determined by KS' ability early to get 2 more big bodies right away. We overfloweth with linebackers but the Tuiloma's are sparse.
