Sure, but isn't loving your fellow man the greater commandment? They were just looking out for the poor college student athletes, trying to help someone in need, blah, blah... Anyway, I think I'll keep my day job *not* in PR, I suck at it.
Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

Personally I am not worried about sanctions from the NCAA. I am more worried about our status as a special place practicing higher morals and standards than everyone else.

We still will be, but people would use this to try and say, no you aren't.

Good point. What's the use in being better than everyone else if you can't get acknowledged for it. #PraiseOfMan

Actually this is great. We still claim superiority, and that pisses them off even more.
          Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Maybe someone should go to the basement and search for hidden cameras.

A bowl ban would be tragic. It would hurt to lose the right to go to Miami this year for a rematch with Houston.

Maybe this is why it took so long to announce the bowl arrangement.

CB is mad at Jake Kuresa this morning. For telling the truth.

                  Let that sink in, CB.

Maybe Nevin Shapiro could write the book when this is all done.

I think BYU should ban themselves from the Miami Beachball Bowl over Busbygate. #TakeYourMedicine

It is kind of fun to watch CB go after the local media and any former players who are not greatful for their opportunity to have played at BYU. I mean greatful enough that if praise doesn't come out of their mouths, they should keep their mouths shut.

Vai Sikahema is really on CB's crap list. I don't know who is disliked more, he or Hans. Now Jake can be added to the fold.

I am sure the Big 12, with all its power and influence with the NCAA, will help BYU out of this mess... especially if BYU agrees to join the Big 12 and play a few games on Sunday. Which is worse? Having a big compliance black eye or just a little fun on a Sunday afternoon?

Having a big compliance black eye is worse. You might get some hypocrite accusations and some very conservative members questionning, but that would be a decision okayed by the Prophet and the bottom line is those people comply.

Compliance black eye is another story. Anything that comes out that is an indication that BYU isn't the epitome of everything true and virtuous is a hit to the PR. Most everything that goes on beneath the surface never comes out. However, when it involves athletics, it is high visibility.

How many girls and boys have sex at BYU outside of marriage? As far as the world knows, only athletes. Depending on how bad this is and the national attention, the "ALUF's" and "mullah's" will once again be sounding the cry to have BYU sports eliminated. In the age of the internet and twitter, it is too hard to keep up the fascade if you have visibility.

Did you hear the interview? I didn't hear all of it, I listened to part on the way to work. He basically said he would have taken some benefits if they were offered, but that he didn't know of guys who were getting any special perks, but that it goes on at every program.

I just wonder why Kuresa is always wanting to throw himself in to the spotlight. I've heard a lot of interviews with him over the years, and he seems to have a bit of an axe to grind. I don't know why that is.
