Anyone who thought he was, probably isn't smart. BTW Bruce Feldman on FSN1 used a teammate from BYU as source for Seven Win Sark's non-racism character witness. I guess maybe the whole world doesn't look at BYU/Mormons as racist as has been suggested in The Foyer.

Maybe they don't right now, but wait until the world finds out that BYU is doing both a "white out" and a "black out" game. That can't end well.

It's a well attended, fun novelty event for the locals and a cool trip for the players. I wish BYU would play in Dublin- I'd be there.



*side note* I was talking to some friends in Ireland who went to the ND/Navy game a few years back, despite knowing nothing about football. They said they cheered for Navy because they liked how sharp they looked marching on Dublin before the game. I inquired if they wanted to cheer for the Fighting Irish or if they were offended by the mascot (semi TIC) and they said they were kid of confused by that whole bit. I think the way one put it is "well, here's this team they seem to want us to cheer for because I guess they're Irish?" I came to understand that they don't really understand the pride of heritage thing Americans have or why Irish would be a team's mascot.

Penn state made a deal with the devil, which makes sense since the devil lives on campus and the football program and administration is so close to him.
