  • Marcus Wheaton - WR is also not practicing so far this week because of injury. He is their #1 receiver and a deep threat.

    • Shirts just arrived!

I don't get the complaint about the neck--it's exactly like every other dry fit T shirt I have. My complaint is the big silk screened decal on the chest, which will be a nasty sweat incubator. Should have thought of that, since race shirts have made that mistake before, but I probably would have gotten one anyway. And I'll probably still run in it.
At least the Big Ten went after a big-time addition in Nebraska; the Pac-10 wanted a game so badly, it added Utah

        • I tossed my regular black t-shirt into the washer on Friday to get it going. By Saturday nobody had seen it. Now I can't find it anywhere

          • I haven't seen a sportsbook yet that is taking any action on the over/under. Even if they set a ridiculously low number, like 28, if I was a bettor, I would take the under. As a reference, last years BCS championship between Alabama and LSU (2 of the best defenses in the land) the over/under was 41. Most weeks, there are only a couple of games below 50.

I spent $5, 15 years ago. Even though I go to Vegas a couple times a year, I never drop a dime in either the slots or at the sportsbook. I'm just really interested in both the statistcal analysis and psychology behind the betting.

                    Translation: the latter.

There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. I knew a young YOhio, and Taysom is no young YOhio.

Those are ugly shirts so I'm surprised they sold out. Black t-shirts are pretty much useless in that you don't want to wear them when it's sunny outside because they get hot but you also don't want to wear them when it's cold because they have short sleeves.

I own 2 black t-shirts. One I bought at a Pearl Jam concert and the other was given to me by KPMG. I haven't worn either, ever.

We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

Interesting chain of thought on that second reason.
