I never said he didn't need an x-ray, my statement was that his x-ray was going to be negative. Maybe I'm wrong because I didn't examine him. We'll find out tomorrow.

USU is turning into a decent football team. Are they in the MWC next year?

Purely supposition and also not accurate. BYU coaches are not the highest paid but they are well paid. It is only a few years ago that the AD offered Bronco and Rose additional money and they allocated it directly to their assistants. There is money to pay the OCs but I'm not sure the current OC should be paid at all. I think we might be overpaying for Doman if we paid him $50,000 a year.

If true, it gives me some hope that eventually this coaching staff can be upgraded. I really hope Bronco will humble himself and learn from his mistakes. He has put together an amazing defense.

Being an EM physician sucks. High risk to reward ratio. Plus, you get this: you said the patient looked fine. You do know the patient was tubed last night and is dying of gram negative sepsis?

We all need to walk in your shoes sometimes.

KSL is trying to call this BYU defense the Zion Curtain, can we please nip this one in the bud?
Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

So would Zion's Curtain keep people out? I thought the idea was to let everyone in.

That's horrible. I hate those kind of nicknames.

Thanks for reading my stuff Bronco!

@gregwrubell: Non-Taysom Hill news: Bronco said moving forward, Justin Sorensen will do all place-kicking and Riley Stephenson will be limited to punts.

Another key indicator that Brandon Doman, figuratively, can't find his ass with both hands as an offensive coordinator is that against Utah State the offense produced:

                                20 first downs
                                9/20 converting on 3rd downs
                                24/36 for 235 yards passing + 45 attempts for 145 yards rushing = 380 total yards

Only had one turnover and somehow managed to only score 6 points. The offensive was productive until it mattered and then Doman couldn't scheme his way out of a wet paper bag.

After picking up a fumble on the 9 yard line the offense, in 5 plays, took zero shots at the endzone in spite of the stunning size advantage of our receivers.

The guy is inept when it comes to putting together a scheme, managing talent, and running a red zone offense.

Brandon Doman is a rolling calamity as an offensive coordinator.
