The second half was a wasted opportunity for Hill's passing experience. Doman should have called nothing but passing plays and told hill no advancing the ball unless there's blue sky. Uh had no chance, meanwhile, Taysom remains an inexperienced passer

Nice win by BYU, but I can't believe how bad they are right now. They were great under June Jones, to decent with McMackin, to terrible so far, I have no clue how many of these guys are inexperienced players, but they are awful. I wish the Utes scheduled this Hawaii team so our offense could look like world beaters.

While I agree Hawaii s u c k s, lets put a little perspective on the game. Hawaii gained 378 on Nevada and 264 on USC. BYU gave up 148. USC gave up 10 points while scoring 49, Nevada gave up 24 while scoring 69.

All in all, BYU did what they should have done to Hawaii, but the next three weeks tell us what this team is and I pray we don't waste it on Nelson as he has already proven he isn't up to the task.
