Nah, he caught it with two. it was supposed to be a little flare to the running back, who got destroyed by the defender to Ziggy's left before he could get through the line.If we disagree on something, it's because you're wrong.

Did anyone see any of the Lions v. Browns preseason game last night? Ziggy went up against, perhaps, the best LT in the NFL in Joe Thomas. Just wondered how he looked.Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

He got some push. On one play they moved Ziggy inside and Fairley on the end. It was a 3rd down and they only rushed their front 4. All 4 of those guys collapsed the pocket and Weeden had to get rid of it. It was pretty impressive. Ziggy was mostly bull rushing when I saw which was just the live look in segments on the NFL Network.Originally posted by Color Me Badd Fan View PostDid anyone see any of the Lions v. Friend of Ziggy's on him playing football in the U.S.: "This came as a surprise when we heard he was playing football. We saw a clip ..."... of him and he was always bringing people down. I don?t know if that was his role. But he did it effectively.?
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

So did anybody see the game Ziggy had yesterday against the 'skins? Apparently he had 2 sacks, 1 TFL, 7 Tot Tkls, and 2 QB hits.

From what little I've read he also apparently had a sack + strip that was nullified due to a personal foul by another player.Originally posted by Commando View PostSo did anybody see the game Ziggy had yesterday against the 'skins? Apparently he had 2 sacks, 1 TFL, 7 Tot Tkls, and 2 QB hits.
Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

The Sacktuary."Through 5 games, Ansah is leading all rookies with 3.5 sacks. His 2 forced fumbles on the season are the 2nd most in NFL among all players
Remember what he did last year to GA Tech? That was impressive. So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

I can't remember which sports talking head said it last year, but they made the comment that he wouldn't blame that fullback if he quit football after that game.Originally posted by cougjunkie View PostSpecifically what he did to the Georgia Tech full back."Nobody listens to Turtle."-Turtlesigpic

http://www.freep.com/article/2013101...ns-ziggy-ansahWhere exactly has Ansah improved?
“Everything,” Thomas said. “You saw him early in the preseason even before we played him and you could tell he was just trying to figure out how to play defensive end, where his role was in the system. Now you watch him, he doesn’t look like a rookie anymore. He looks like he fits in and he’s got a bunch of pass-rush moves, he’s reading run-pass quicker, getting off the ball, doing the things that you’d expect out of a good defensive ends.”Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

#4 on Kiper's top rookies of the year so far.
http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/story...od_nfl_xxx_xxx4. Ezekiel Ansah, DE, Detroit
He leads the Lions' defense with 3.5 sacks and is quickly becoming a fear factor-type player because the offensive always has to account for him. That said, his best work hasn't even been done as a pass-rusher -- he's been good against the run, too. His pass rush is inconsistent, but he just needs to learn. He's only going to get better with more experience; despite his age (24), he hasn't played much football yet.
Go Ziggy! So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.
