It's not as bad as we thought. Only 82 players failed the latest drug test.

Holy crap. The more details that emerge make it seem almost impossible that the visor would keep his job.

The screening includes MJ right? If so, I wonder what the average pass rate would be for FBS teams.

            Maybe not.

Last year, TCU was lauded in a "Sports Illustrated" article as the only top 25 team in the nation in 2010 with no players on its roster with criminal records.
lol. this is the state of college athletics?

okay, can I officially retract my "MEH!" reply from earlier?

TCU Football might be in a bit o' trouble.

Right now he's frantically lacing and unlacing his shoes in between wedgie-inducing tugs on his belt.

How many major college football coaches are breathing an uneasy sigh of relief this afternoon because nobody has done a drug sting operation at their school yet...?

                      Disgusting and rather sad.

If the report that 82 players failed the drug test is true, don't these guys get a suspension for at least a game? How can they even field a team? Do they forfeit a game or two?

Is Tayo Fabuluje one of the 82?

They should take away their wins from last year and give the NC to the lone undefeated team in the nation, BSU.

                            I support that decision.

Yes, it could be worse. All the cheerleaders could have failed the latest drug tests as well.

Any breakdown on the drugs involved? There's a huge difference between a college kid doing pot or ecstasy (although ecstasy would be incredibly stupid and dangerous for a college athlete...) and doing coke or heroin.

                                Are they testing for steroids?
At least the Big Ten went after a big-time addition in Nebraska; the Pac-10 wanted a game so badly, it added Utah
