"God made the angels to show His splendour - as He made animals for innocence and plants for their simplicity. But men and women He made to serve Him wittily, in the tangle of their minds."
-- Robert Bolt, A Man for All Seasons

"It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye."

Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

I was speaking with Parrothead moments ago, reflecting on my family's success in these prediction contests over the years (at least three wins to our credit, with leads in both contests at the moment). And then I reviewed my current standing and prediction for tomorrow. I noticed that I enjoy a narrow lead over hostile, among others, that my prediction was a mirror image of his, and that I'd posted it after he posted his. I have always avoided looking at others' predictions until I post mine, but it doesn't look good that I would effectively eliminate any chance of hostile overtaking me.

So.... I changed my score to give him and others a fighting chance. This was not done for entirely gracious reasons. At my age, I'll could need an emergency hip replacement at anytime, and I don't need any bad karma in the orthopod community.
