Mendenhall pointed to junior Mike Muehlmann and freshman Remington Peck as the No. 5 and 6 guys on the line, with freshman Bronson Kaufusi — only three weeks back from his LDS mission in New Zealand — as coming up fast."He still has the missionary legs and the body isn't quite there yet," the defensive line coach said. "We're slowly bringing him along. We have to be careful because maybe he can help us in pass rush and areas like that. We'll take it week to week and see where he's at physically."
Bronson Kaufusi is becoming an interesting story...I didn't peg him an immediate contributor considering his timetable, but should have best defensive end I've ever seen from the Utah prep ranks...even more so than Joe Kruger...amazing agility for someone of his statureshowing those same skills two weeks into fall practices...I suspect he'll play this season mostly in pass situationsSo Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Was that the Coaches fault. I think having great years you have to be lucky as well. Ball has not bounced BYU way (Maybe that Oklahoma Game) in a long time. I think we are due!Originally posted by The_Douger View PostLosing to Utah in 2010 was unacceptable, that game was well in hand going in to the fourth quarter. .( FYI I most likely wrote that incoherently and will be properly corrected forthwith. Thanks)

Looks like he's found a new home. So much for the next Kellen Moore.biggest surprise, from my POV, is Kuresa looking like a real option for a role within the regular offense...didn't see that coming
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

One of the grandest benefits of the enlightenment was the realization that our moral sense must be based on the welfare of living individuals, not on their immortal souls. Honest and passionate folks can strongly disagree regarding spiritual matters, so it's imperative that we not allow such considerations to infringe on the real happiness of real people.

Me too, but I honestly think we both made the same mistake- seeing how awesome Godzillatron was in person. Compared to 90% of the other stadiums in the country, Les's are pretty nice.Originally posted by Coach McGuirk View PostRight now yes. Maybe once they are turned on and finished I will have a different opinion. I guess I will see on Aug 30th.

What are the dimensions of that? The stands in that endzone are pretty small so maybe my scale is off, but it doesn't look that much bigger than BYU's new screens. BYU's would probably look more impressive if they were that close to the field.Originally posted by Art Vandelay View PostMe too, but I honestly think we both made the same mistake- seeing how awesome Godzillatron was in person. It looks almost twice as big, if i'm estimating. But pics can be deceiving.Originally posted by kccougar View PostWhat are the dimensions of that?
