Being a hot head makes his situation much worse. One reason I don't absolutely seek to publicly humiliate Corby Eason is because at least he seems like a nice guy. The idea that a true freshman like Langi could be labeled as an underperformer is absurd. I said all along he'd redshirt long before he'd rush for 800 yards. Especially since he plays in an offense that requires RBs to pick up the blitz far more often than run pass patterns, which probably ranks far down his ability list anyway. Toot toot!
Miles Mason has to be an overachiever. Same with JW4. He's on pace to threaten the 1,400-yard mark, and finishing with 1,397-1,506 yards would give White the second-greatest single-season rushing mark in Utah history. He's a near-lock for third-biggest rush total in school history (1,204, Darrell Mack in 2007), and if he didn't gain a yard the rest of the year -- he's at 915 now -- would have the 14th-most rush yards in a season. No one expected that, especially those of you who think Langi has underachieved.
Lacy has definitely overachieved given his face was on milk cartons last year.
Underachievers? I don't see Joe Kruger's name being called nearly as often as it should. And James Aiono is as much a bust defensively as Jake Heaps is offensively.Comment

Travis Uale has been a big huge piece of poo this season. As a big huge piece of poo, he still has much worth in the sight of God and his fellow man, and frankly, we are all huge pieces of poo to one degree or another, but on the field Travis has been a huge piece of poo, nonetheless. I anticipate more scatological on-field behavior from Travis for the rest of the season, be it diarrhetic tackling, stool softening man coverage or an abundance of fecal-infused defense on deep routes. To his credit, Travis is capable of rare flashes of Defensive continence, but not enough to elevate his status above "huge piece of poo."Fitter. Happier. More Productive.
