No one should be surprised. Riley is a gamer and has been showing it this season from way back in the blue/white scrimmage when he refused to let the first teamers and Jake Heaps win the game by throwing a touchdown pass in overtime for the win. No, he isn't a very good quarterback, but he's the best winner we have.

Pretty cool that after such a mediocre season BYU will end up ranked. I'm not very optimistic for next year and don't think that ranking will actually reflect BYU's relative quality, but playing a bunch of tomato cans does have its perks.

Definitely agree. BYU has as hard to watch this year as 2003 was. At least then I could just root against the team to encourage the AD to do something.
