Difficult second half to watch, but it was a fun night.

I was really getting into it with a bunch of drunken UW fans in the first half. So much so, that the whole joint started a "Utah Sucks, Utah Sucks!" chant when they went up big in the 3rd.

I stuck it out - we're just leaving now. Most of them are being cool now - we all fist bumped as they made their way out the door, and I gave them a "good game Huskies."

I really enjoy CUF. 99% of the posters on both side are classy. There are a few however (both sides being represented) who seem to revert to 12 years old when it comes to anything related to the rivalry. Dislike.

Well... it started out and ended shitty.

2 turnovers in the redzone really hurt. Combine that with the most devastating play in football (the krumble) and it makes a for defense spending a lot of time on the field.

In hindsight they should have stacked the box against wash in the 3rd quarter. The d got tired and wash oline starting having their way.

The bummer thing was that wynn was really throwing the ball well in the first half.

Yep. cougjunkie pretty much sums up this game in this post. Just substitute "Utah" for "BYU"; "Washington" for "Utah"; "Wynn/Hayes" for "Heaps"; any other washington player for a utah player; any other utah player for a BYU player; etc.

If anything positive can come from this, it will be that the idiot zoots will have received a wake up call and made them realize that Utah needs to bring it each and every game and that the other teams are not going to roll over just because zoots have an unrealistic view of Utah football.
