Of course they can say 'no'. And they can decline to take the sacrament. Either way it brings the scrutiny of the hco, and everybody else will assume somebody has been naughty again, and not just in a Vanilla cappuccino way.

Would you say no to Bronco?

Let me rephrase. Would you give up the opportunity to share your talents?

-Credit to Washington. Chris Polk is the best RB in the P12; they didn't make any mistakes; Price managed the game well; their defensive line beat ours; and their overall defense has good ball skills. Also, their fans traveled well.

-Utah missed too many opportunities in the 2nd quarter. They were marching up and down, but not only did they fail to get touchdowns, they failed to get any points. The difference in talent and quality is too thin for Utah to stall inside the 10.

-Points before halftime are huge. It was huge for us against BYU, and it was huge for the Huskies.

We've got a lot of work to do, because ASU is better than UW.
Best in the Pac-12 is pretty high praise considering LaMichael James also plays there. But if it makes you feel better about your porous d-line and terrible linebackers go for it.

Ouch. Didn't see that coming. I DVR'd the 2nd half but don't think I'll watch it. At halftime I was feeling pretty good, but the wheels obviously came off pretty badly. Oh, well. We got beat by the better team tonight. I hope Wynn can bounce back. He was looking very good in the 1st half.

I think washington will finish with 3 conference losses (oregon, stanford & usc). Puts them in the sun bowl.

Utah and (hopefully) BYU might just be getting a bad case of be careful what you wish for.

In the long run, however, I believe teams respond to the challenge and up their game. But the long run isn't the short run. And getting from here to there can be painful.

    Pussy.

Tonight we lost. But we have already won.

Come on, guys, you made my cougars look worse than we thought they were.

SU: you're team is in serious trouble, eat it.

The rest: I sure hope your team pulls it together.

Maybe this will help Vai to feel better.
I think we should spare a thought or two for those poor guys who went to the game and are now watching Priesthood Session on tape delay. Rough night for them.

I think one of the things the program will need to adjust to is that you can't have performances like this, even against the bottom half of your conference, and think you are going to win. Seems like we had games like this in previous years but when you are playing UNM or SDSU you still win. Not in a BCS conference.
On the otherhand this might be the game that catapults the Huskies back into top tier. College football is awesome and terrible. A fickle mistress to be sure.

Washington is 2-0 in the pac12. They aren't in the bottom half of the conference.
