The fact that Norm Chow is Utah's O-Coordinator gives me great hope. He brought a much more talented team in a few years back and left with a 56-0 loss. Let's just hope Jake and Co. don't give Utah short fields. Turnovers are the only way I see Utah winning this game.Just try it once. Sweet! You guys shut out USC at home? I guess I missed that one.Originally posted by BlueHair View PostThe fact that Norm Chow is Utah's O-Coordinator gives me great hope. Or are you talking about NewWeasel's offense at UCLA? The team you had to play TWICE to beat, and only after the Utes showed you how to do it?
Just curious.

After going to USC last week, BYU is quite the departure. Zero tailgating atmosphere.

UCLA's talent is better? Uh, no. Their coaching staff isn't as good, either.Originally posted by BlueHair View PostThe fact that Norm Chow is Utah's O-Coordinator gives me great hope. They haven't done much with it, but SI says UCLA had the #4 recruiting class in '09. Not sure what their rank was last year, but I'd wager it was higher than Utah's. For that very reason, I can't argue with the second part of your statement.Originally posted by BoylenOver View PostUCLA's talent is better? Uh, no. Their coaching staff isn't as good, either.
Edit: A quick google search shows a #10 ranking by ESPN for UCLA's 2010 class. #36 for 08 and #20 in 07.Last edited by SteelBlue; 09-17-2011, 04:03 PM.
