Shut your ass, wally. You just interrupted a conversation between TWO ARMY VETS! They also happen to be BYU fans and indifferent as to the Band of Brothers mentality being promoted by Head Coach Bronco Mendenhall. Have a little respect for those men who have served in uniform.
But if you read lots of books about the Pacific advance you assume some romantic view of the European Theater and it might cause you to become a stringpuller despite pretending to be a subject matter expert. As for me, I appreciate the perspectives of my favorite needlenecked wanker:

I'm choosing to mostly ignore your fatuity here and instead overwhelm you with so much data that you'll maybe, just maybe, realize that you have reams to read on this subject before you can contribute meaningfully to any conversation on this topic.

Well, we also did leg spreaders in AA school....DO YOU CHECK THE WOMEN FOLK OUT WHEN THEY DO THAT AB EXERCISE AS WELL, YOU DIRTY UTE!
I am very subtle in the way I go about it so as not to offend. I was told that one glance makes you a man but at two glances you cease to be a missionary or, something like that. I don't fog the glass, and definitely don't stare (ala DDD and the treadmill lady).
It's not me you have to worry about. It's LA Ute. He is going to jump you pretty hard on this one.
I'm not sure I like the direction this is going.

After him, LAU. Get after wally! He mocked the training exercises of the United States Army and compared them to women doing yoga.
But despite being an engineer, he's a Ute. Why would I get after him?

LOL...I rarely read UFN, but I decided to read the thread in which LA Ute makes his lame post asking for USS Utah to back up his indignation towards the atrocities of Bronco Mendenhall...
Why are Ute fans so bent on trying to convince themselves that BYU is no longer a rival? It is seriously funny.
I'm getting a kick out of how much time Wally and LA are spending on this thread.
They're like the kid in your neighborhood who liked what your family had in the refrigerator and the various household accessories (computers, TVs, trampolines and what-not) and tried to spend as much time as possible at your pad when you were growing up.

You are not our rival. We don't care about you. That's why there are endless threads at UF.net about why Jimmer is not all that.

Someone said that after they beat USC in Compton this year they'll be their rivals.

Absolutely true. We want what you Cougars have. For example, we want to watch as much WCC basketball as we can and are just warming up for that era.
But seriously, Ox (and I mean seriously!) there are many reasons why the likes of Wally and I come here to this thread.
1. We like you guys, and it's just fun to be around you. There really is nothing like being insulted by YOhio, the sharpest warthog-faced buffoon I have ever known.
2. We want to know what it feels like to be interlopers on another fan group's thread. As you know, it's impossible to start a Ute-related thread here without it being overrun by Cougar fans, essentially doing their best to defecate on it. We figured there must be something appealing about that, so we thought we'd try it out.
3. Having been emasculated by Bronco (ask Goat to explain; he is an expert on the significance and value of a person's private parts) we are hoping to get a dose of testosterone from the real men who hang out here.
Does that help explain things?*
*The above may be the most tongue-in-cheek post I have written here in weeks. Maybe ever.

And we're happy to have all the Utes here. Sure we abuse you occasionally, but it's really for your own good. You know in the movies where a protagonist asks a co-conspirator to hit him in the face, so that when he returns to the people who are suspicious of his real allegiances his bruises will convince them he's really on their side? Well, that's what we're doing here. You can point to the split lip or the goose egg sprouting from the top of your noggin and declare "YOhio did that to me, that rat bastard!", whereupon you'll be readmitted to the loving embrace of Utefans to commiserate about the arrogance of BYU fans and how, as has been repeated myriad times, BYU is not your rival. You can thank us privately.

LAUte, venerable and crafty shark that he is, took the first probing bite(the ever so effective easy company jab). The cougar faithful here bled out all sorts of shakespeare reference defenses, mingled with hurtful attacks of the UofU's adoption of the Ute tribe's name (the STATE is named after the tribe for hell's sake).
I merely smelt the blood in the water.
If you all think that LAUte is crazy, then he's crazy like a FOX!! You've been HAD!

"Rat bastard" is a little strong. You should know that ALUFs don't use language like that.
