    Is there a team in America

    more boring and uninteresting than the Utes?

    I rarely hear anything about them from the national media. If they are mentioned it's usually a throwaway after the commenter has already discussed TCU and Boise State at length. Even here on this board about 90% of the football discussion is BYU-related with heavy Ute fan participation. JIC will take time and great care to assemble a thoughtful discussion about the Utes' upcoming opponent, but the thread participation is minimal. A thread about what Bronco ate for lunch would get more comments (and more Ute fan participation).

    I haven't really taken any time to watch the Utes this season, but are they really that flavorless?

      This is what happens when up to this point in the season you have played the most boring and uninteresting schedule in the country.

                                  Honestly what's to say? Besides the sloppy opening game (that incidentally shouldn't have been as close as it was) they have blown out their opponents.

                                                      There was a lot of talk in advance of the Pittsburgh game who at the time looked formidable. Since then we have not played a team that presents a serious threat to us. Hard to get worked up about teams you are going to debacle.
