I'm more interested in Utah getting into the top 10 and AFA getting into the top 25.

Both of those are great for my school.

It remains to be seen if Utah is a top 10 team. Regardless, I think the MWC schools will have some BCS money coming their way again this year. Either TCU or Utah will be in a BCS bowl. I think. Er, hope.

In two weeks Texas goes from #7 in the AP, even getting one #1 vote, to out of the Top 25.

I didn't realize polls should account for games played 13 months ago.

Well now you do. People base their first votes on what happened last year and who comes back. Boise has done everything to stay right where they started in the polls. Did they have to score 75 points yesterday not to drop?

also moved ahead in Coaches poll. This wont be the only time either. BSU has already reached their high water mark at 3. It is all down hill from here, regardless of how well they do.
