      junkie rules. He predicted it.

Junkie also said X to UCLA.

Junkie, if X commits to UCLA I'm going to be pissed. You have been holding out on us all this time (till last night and you said it was a thorw away pick).

This is great news. Manti will go on a mission, ND will continue to suck, and when Manti gets home, Weiss will be gone and Manti will transfer to BYU.

Now we're losing our young men to the Catholics.

            Fire Bronco.
            Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Great move. Talk about the exposure he will get at ND being a Mormon and the influence he could have on missionary efforts there.

If not BYU, this is a great place for him.

Pete is losing his closing power. Now, I know great class. But he used to be the one stealing recruits at the last second.

At least he didn't pick FUCLA; as of this weekend, I thought he was a lock to Westwood. I hope he has a great experience in South Bend.

Bummer! I guess Manti likes getting pelted with snowballs.

Would the missionary efforts be less if he had signed with USC? Or would the missionary efforts be more if he had signed at BYU? What if he had signed at at a school like Texas? Or LSU?

If he likes being pelted with snowballs, he could have signed with BYU and Ute fans such as myself would be happy to chuck snowballs at him.

My guess is he likes being able to visit the College Football Hall of Fame on a daily basis.

I never thought ND had a chance through this whole thing. Rather surprised.

You've gotta admit, "Mormon kid at ND" is a great story and should get a lot of play, especially if he serves a mission.

President Monson is one shrewd dude.

Never at any point did I think BYU had a realistic shot at Teo because I assumed winning was Teo's top priority.

He's going to Notre Dame? I couldn't have been more wrong.
