        That would be a good get if it does.

            It is not a good game, or it won't happen. Clarify.

            Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

                  Nothing reported with Colorado-- though that would be a good series too. Colorado state is still mad we left and Air Force is too busy playing Army and Navy for it to matter what they think of us.

                      2020 is looking like another brutal schedule. Unfortunately, as some have complained, most of the games are on the road.

                      @Utah
                      Michigan State
                      @Arizona State
                      @Minnesota
                      Utah State
                      @Boise State
                      @Northern Illinois
                      Missouri
                      @Stanford

                      An independent BYU will always have a more difficult road schedule than home. But I don't agree with those saying a return to the MWC would bring better home schedules. Even with the home/away imbalance on the schedule above, just having Missouri and Michigan State come to Provo is better than 90% of the home schedules we had in the MWC. And most of the home schedules in the near future are actually better than 2020.

                      2017: Utah, Wisconsin, Boise State, San Jose State, UMass, FCS (assumed)
                      2018: Cal, Utah State, Northern Illinois, Hawaii
                      2019: Utah, USC, Washington, Boise State

                      Only 2018 is not better than almost all of our home schedules in the MWC, and I would say 2018 is comparable to a MWC home slate. In the odd years we had Utah and TCU at home so in the even years it was maybe one mid-level BCS team and then a bunch of crap.

                        I will be surprised if Michigan State doesn't buy their way out of that 2020 game.

                        • Lol those home schedules are MWC home shedules plus Utah at home.

                          Take Utah out:

                          2017: 2 MWC teams, UMASS, FCS, Wisconsin
                          2018: 2 MWC teams, UNI, Cal, FCS
                          2019: 1 MWC team, USC, UW, prob another MWC/FCS

                          You can't get those home schedules in the MWC?

                          The real question is, which teams of MSU, Wisc, Mizzou, will actually come to Provo?

                              Yeah, 2018 is bad unless we suddenly convince some other good teams to come play in Provo.

                              Independence is a mixed bag, I've enjoyed this year. In fact, t's probably the most I've enjoyed any year since going independent, but the home fans at times have really gotten screwed over with all of the uneven agreements.
