    You're welcome!

Didn't read the thread until now. Was too busy hugging and high fiving strangers. I had complete confidence we would win hence the title. My faith only wavered once...on that 4th and 7.

What a game and what a season.

    • That last drive was a tall order. 75 yards in 73 seconds. Jake was nails on that last drive. Lassiter is a beast.

How many times out of ten do we come away with a TD there?

        • I can't remember the defender's name (just as well), but the missed tackle on OSU's go-ahead TD was very fortunate. Had he not missed, OSU wold have had first and goal at the 2- or 3-yard line and would have eaten up clock, denying BYU one of the all-time great comeback drives. Give the defender a helmet sticker.

I had the exact same thought when they scored. I have a really hard time actually advocating letting your opponent score a go ahead touchdown, but I was almost happy when they punched it in and left us over a minute.

              I think it was Prassas.

My oldest watched the game with me, and I told her earlier in the game that it felt like an old WAC shootout where the last team with the ball would win. OSU has a history of playing that type of game, too.

I had the same reaction. Under the circumstances, it probably gave us the best shot to win.

Yep. And let's not forget BYU had all three time outs at the end when they needed them. Without all three, I think we lose the game.

Yes, the three timeouts were surprising given the dreadful use of TOs in the first half. Truly the stars aligned those last two minutes. This has been a very entertaining season.

I was really happy when #6 let us score on the other end…

Even though he most likely had a very long flight home.

The time out may have been the most miraculous piece to the puzzle. What was with the TO in the first half where the offense didn't seem to ever get a play called? We were joking about A-rod just drawing a blank. "Guys, I got nothing."

                              • That last drive and TD were magical. Really fun thing to experience live. People hugging and high-fiving complete strangers. Everyone in a state of shock. Everyone stood there for a long time in a state of shock and joy before starting to leave.
