Offense had 4 possessions in the 2nd half last night. Here is the results:

    TD
    TD
    FG
    TD

He and the offense are better than he is given credit for.
I love Jake. He's not perfect and still growing, but he's a baller!

I was thinking it would be good to bring a Star of David to hold up in the stands. Perhaps an Israeli flag would be too political? What kind of rules does BYU have about such things?

I didn't watch much Retzlaff last season. This season is really my first exposure to him. I realize that is ot a full picture. But isn't this like John Beck a bit? We waited for Beck to have a GREAT season and he finally did as a senior. Not perfect, but great.

Jake is having a similar season (in terms of impact). This guy is so much fun to watch. Yes, he's a "gunslinger", which has resulted in plenty of great plays this year (he has to have more big plays that INTs) that have extended this season. 7-0 could end up as 7-5, but I trust that Jake and the coaching staff are locked in. Fully Committed (thanks Bronco!).
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

John Beck came into his own when he slaughtered TCU and never looked back. He was a fun QB to watch play. I see similar growth in Retzlaff. He's not as consistently accurate in passing as Beck was, but he adds a lot with his athleticism.

Steve Young said something like the defense is giving the offense room to grow. They have made huge strides so far this year. Seems like the defense didn't give them much room for error last night, and the offense answered. Just stay healthy!

I remember thinking Friday night "Ta'ase is winning this game for us!"

Watching AFR now. Holy cow, Ta'ase had an enormous game. I hadn't noticed because his name never got called-- no targets as a receiver-- but his blocking on the run game was outstanding.
