Smart move, as we all know that the Utes start game planning for us in August.

Knock it off. This board has enough problems without a dose of middle-age lechery.

Seems like stereotypical coach paranoia. Kinda funny though.

True, this is coming from the guy that built a fence to keep the media out last year....

Maybe this will open the door for Boylen to boot BYU's Gordon Monsn from practice this fall.

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

How anyone could learn anything from the open session of fall camp, especially on the first day, is beyond me.

But it's Whit's camp, and if he chooses to boot a member of the media, it's no big deal.

If Bronco did this, the media would be all over him. This is what they would be talking about for at least a week.

I think its ridiculous that he did it and if Bronco did something like this you and all the other ute fans on this board would be crying foul big time.

Kwhitt is a pussy and is proving how scared he truly is of BYU.

Based on what I've heard from Ute fans, the media ignores Utah and spends all their time talking about BYU, so it's bound to happen anyway.

Without a doubt. And I'm sure you would say Bronco is scared of Utah, because this rivalry is full of objective consistency from issue to issue among the fanbases.

Did I read somewhere that none of the Ute practices would be open to the public? If so, that is pretty severe.

Urban Meyer wouldn't have had a second thought on that move.

Even on the first day, you can get an idea on personnel, their raw potential, how they handle themselves, etc. Every year coaches add wrinkles, sometimes very small ones, that cumulatively amount to an edge. JJ played D1 for an opponent 8 months ago that Utah will be playing again in 2010.

I used to see so many things in practice that if I were a mole I could pass along to upcoming opponents, and there is plenty of crazy stuff that happens that would be blown completely out of proportion if the public knew.

Practice security is a no brainer. I would have been more concerned if KW had ignored it and let it slide.

Did Jan's brother ever try to break into a BYU practice? I hope Bronco busted that guy.
