Reportedly Utah's first home PAC12 game will be against USC. I do think that is cool. And SC is the most storied football program in the PAC, and one of the most storied in the country. I do indeed. My Utes will administer a beat-down to the Trojans at RES. What could be a better way to start out in the PAC12?Originally posted by Babs View PostWell, LA Ute does think it's cool.
The key to understanding Triplet is that even he does not take himself seriously. He's much more lovable when you get that about him.Originally posted by HuskyFreeNorthwest View PostSouth Cal will agree, but then DDD will spin it that it is just everyone bowing to the power of South Cal.“There is a great deal of difference in believing something still, and believing it again.”

I can see why Hayden wants to assure a game against Cal every yearOriginally posted by TripletDaddy View PostIt is good to see everyone bowing at the USC altar, tripping over themselves for the chance to be associated with the pillar of the Pac 10. It seems that in this entire PAC 10 expansion deal, every school will measure its success or failure by how closely it is associated with SC.

I actually meant that seriously. Maybe I need to practice my snarkiness. Or my seriousness. Or something.Originally posted by Babs View PostI love that your snarkiness is always so good-natured.“There is a great deal of difference in believing something still, and believing it again.”

sounds like USC and UCLA will receive $2 mil more than the other 10 schools until an annual revenue threshold is met.

If the revenue expectations are even close to being realistic, then that threshold isn't ever going to be an issue and all teams will be paid equally.Originally posted by BoylenOver View Postsounds like USC and UCLA will receive $2 mil more than the other 10 schools until an annual revenue threshold is met.

At least, that's what I got from skimming the article. Maybe one of the attorneys on the board can help out one of the commoners.

Doesn't bother me. The L.A. TV market is huge and they are the draw in that market. (Mainly USC. I get that, Triplet.)Originally posted by BoylenOver View Postsounds like USC and UCLA will receive $2 mil more than the other 10 schools until an annual revenue threshold is met.

I think you meant were. Lane Kiffin is going to make South Cal fans dream of Paul Hackett. 30k strong at the Coli to watch South Cal go 6-6? As long as it produces someone as awesome and lovable as Petros it will be a win-win.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostThey are the draw in every PAC 10 market.Get confident, stupid
