I think this is exactly whats going on. They are seeing what they can get away with before having to react. It isn't surprising to me how many ADs in the conference have emphasized that they don't want to expand and lose revenue. I think what he is saying is that the $158mm increase is attributable to adding utah and Colorado. Ergo, utah and Colorado added approximately $79mm each.
