'It's a tough place to play no matter what league they're in,'' Drew said of the Cougars, who were being courted to join the Big 12 earlier this year. ''That's why we wanted to come up here. We walked out a better team knowing more about ourselves in doing so.''

Stfu. You weren't even there. I was. The gushing was real. Or maybe th Marriott Center was actually really quiet and the Baylor players were making it all up in their heads.Originally posted by YOhio View PostDid last weekends Baylor/BYU love strike anyone else as odd? Odd? I thought it was awesome and a good show of sportmanship from both schools. It's only odd to the extent that sportsmanship and good will are not the norm in big-time college athletics.Originally posted by YOhio View PostDid last weekends Baylor/BYU love strike anyone else as odd? I'm happy for building rapport within the B12. Whether we get in the conference (highly unlikely) or not, it can't hurt for future scheduling in both football and basketball.Jesus wants me for a sunbeam.

Yes, it was all a big show right down to letting Baylor win this game so they will be our friends and vote for us when the time comes for BYU to join the Big 12.Originally posted by YOhio View PostDid last weekends Baylor/BYU love strike anyone else as odd? Fraudulence is second nature to BYU.When a true genius appears, you can know him by this sign: that all the dunces are in a confederacy against him.

Enjoy the laughs, cowboy. Activity in this thread sends shudders down your spine. Deep down you know BYU/B12 will happen some day. Maybe not today and maybe not tomorrow. But some day it will happen and there will be weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth in Seattle.Originally posted by SeattleUte View PostGreat post.
